The Sweetheart Look
I just got the Urban Decay Naked 3 pallet for Christmas, and I’m OBSESSED. UD has been my favorite eyeshadow brand for a while now, and I love that this pallet is perfect for creating all kinds of Valentine’s Day looks! The sweetheart is a chic and softer look for your evening, but you could darken it up with a deeper pink tone at the outer corner for a more dramatic and intense look.
I used a lot of my favorite drug-store products to create this look and revisited some of my most-loved Mary Kay products.
I’ve had this blush sitting in my kit for a while now, and it’s actually the first time I’ve opened or looked at it. I was amazed at the vibrancy of this blush and I’m so mad I haven’t used it sooner! I used to sell Mary Kay so I have products leftover that I decided to keep for myself. I think this is my new favorite blush!!
I also can’t get over how amazing Benefit’s primer is!! I got it in my ipsy bag a few months ago, and it’s now my go-to primer. Seriously, guys, this stuff is magic!! It blurs imperfections SO much!! The main spots I use it are around my nose, cheeks, my chin, and forehead. It gives you the smoothest canvas to work on.
Next week, I’ll be sharing the next makeup look in my Valentine’s Day series, The Romantic, so stay tuned!
